Non delivery of refile

I am registered consumer of HP gas and my gas Agency is Verdhaman Gas situated in Rohini Sector 2, Delhi and my consumer No. 614170. I have booked my refile through internate on 8.1.10 but till date The Verdhaman Gas Agency has not supplied refile. When I made enquiry about booking of refile they told me your booking not accepted as we book your refile today i.e. 20.1.10
