Delay in issue of passport

Sir,

we (myself, husband & two children) have applied for the passport in Dec'2009 through district passport cell, Gulbarga, Karnataka state, India. In Feb'2010 we (me & my husband) were asked to send corrected NOC from our respective Work places. We sent them immediately. We did not get any intimation for two months. In april last week my husband personly went to regional office bangalore and enquired. He was told that we will get the passports soon. Till date no intimation.

2.Shivaprasad biradar, Date of birth 26/01/64

3.Vishakh biradar, Date of birth 18/06/94

4.Vibha biradar, Date of birth 1601/98
