POSTAL COMPLAINT
NON RECEIPT OF MIS DOCUMENTS ON TRANSFER

Sir, i smt B LALITHA KUMARI resident of BHEL RCPURAM, HYDERABAD (AP) have joined monthly income scheme by paying 2.5 lacs in postal office in APR in RC PURAM (HE) (PIN 502032) branch (a/c no 23427). On 15 may I have applied for transfer of same account to my native place i.e REPALLE (AP-GUNTUR DIST), till date my account has not reached its destinationaboutjust300 KM away from HYDERABAD, inspite of my repeated appeals SANGAREDDY (SO) 50 branch is not taking any action. Since these 3 and half months i am facing many financial hardshipsSANGAREDDY (SO) 50 branch assistant superintendent who is responsible for that branch is stating that he cannot do any thing and i can report anywhere, since i am lady i requestPOSTMASTER GENERAL (MEDAK- DIST) please look into this matter do the needful as early as possible
