DELAY IN DELIVERY OF PASSPORT
I am Subhendu Bikash ghanty applied for passport from ASANSOL HPO (Head POST OFFICE).
The file number given by HPO Asansol is ASNW 01084810 and Key no:9701084810) on 18-08.
All my documents had been verified and subsequently police
enquiry was additionally completed at my homeplace (ON 22-10),
Asansol (WB). But my passport has not been delivered yet. I am not able to
check the status also as passport office website status check page not
accepting the file no (ASNW 010848) given by ASANSOL HPO. Kolkata RPO is not replying my mail and phone
Asansol HPO is telling they dont know about any other file reference number, they are responsible
for posting only. Please let me know what can be done.
