Distorted Photo in Passport

Respected Sir/Madam,

my photo on the new passport is distorted, I suppose

after lamination of the page because of some moisture, photo has got

little distorted. Just because of that USA ambassy not issue my visa and I am unable to travel. Kindly, suggest me now, what to do, whether give

back the passport for a new scanned photo to be pasted there or little

distortion is acceptable. Waiting for your earliest reply.
