Passport not received

I have applied for my passport vide reference # HYD-A050944-11 and for my wife vide reference # HYD-A050945-11 on 14 Jul.

I was tracking the status of our passport over the internet portal http://passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php

My police verification was successful. I was able to see the status as "Passport will be dispatched in a weeks time" for my application until early October'11. But now the status is not showing anything for past 4 weeks and I have not received my passport as well.

My wife's passport is already received.
