I have applied for my minor son's passport for renewal under tatkal scheme on 08/04/10. first i was told that police report not received even though police report was completed in Mid May. Then i was told in the online status to submit his old passport for verification as there is a discrepancy in information furnished. this was done in the first week of june and we were told that passport will be sent in a week's time. I havent received any news eversince. The online status as of 8th june has not been updated either. Please let me know what is the solution? as we live abroad and waiting for my son to join us is not happening. He is also loosing his precious education opportunity as he is supposed to join his school here.
