Did not receive the Passport since 4 months

I have applied my Daughter's Passport for renewal on 26-04 who is a minor

File;No: HYD-I0011 It has be more than 2 month that the Police verification has been done

the status on the passport office website that --

"" It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"". since the last 2 months but that week has not yet arrived.

I have to send the passport to Canadian Embassy for the stamping of Visa. Kindly see that the Passport is issued as soon as possible as this is only renewal, she is a minor and also the Police verification has already been done more than 2 months back. The passport is urgently needed for the stamping of the visa.
