My name is Huda Mehreen Qawi and I am going to immigrate to the USA since my husband stays there. I had submitted my passport in RPO Hyderabad on October 27 for police clearance certificate and the police person who came to do the inquiry had come before also when I applied for the police commissioner office's passport clearance certificate and had wanted money. we gave him rs 200 so he said he wanted more and we finally gave him rs 300. the second time when he came to inquire which was some 15-30 days after he dint take the money and dint submit my file to the passport office stating the reason that we dint knowingly give him money. after some 10 days he submitted my report to the passport office and it is still with them. they are not responding to any calls and emails and my agent says we will have to bribe them. if this is what is happening to Indian government officers, it will be difficult for us to grow as a country. if anyone can help me with this, this is my file number M044124-10 and my passport number is H0894630 and if anyone has answers, my email id is [email protected].
