Frequent blocing of drainages

My name is sandeep, from veernagar, chintal basti, khairathabad. we frequently have drainage blocking problem, since the pipes are small in size, every 10 days they block, they flow from outside. Which make us very difficult to say at home due to the strong smell . we cannot walk on the streets, we gave a complaint 10 days back, they do not attend in a timely manner and when they clean they demand for money,

Please see that we get a permanent solution, please some officials visit our place and make a not of the severity of the problem, how miserable for us to live in such area
