Delay In passport

Hi,

This is in regard to File Reference Number: HYD-D003735-09 submitted on 15 July

Till now I haven't receive my passport. Moreover the information updated on the website is not updated. It still shows that 3 copy of passport size photograph is needed although I have submitted my photographs 3 times. My police verification was also done long time back
