HUGE delay in connection

I requested for a domestic gas connection (PNG) in March and my cheque was cleared in April. It’s Dec, 03 2011 and I never received a call from them. After continuous follow up over the phone along with 2 visits to the IGL office in RK Puram over the last 6 months, I am disappointed and hopeless and NOW FEEL that my connection would NEVER be installed.

Making matters worse are useless telephone operators, they always give us time of a week, and don't know the escalation authority. I believe the govt authorities feel that people have no work (like them) and love people to just come again and again at their office. (Sorry about the above comment, but that's reality)
