Document lost in mail

I have send an important document to delhi which was sent via speed post on 18-01 but untill now the document is not received by the receiver.

this was an urgent mail and was accordingly send via speed post to ensure that it reaches quickly, but the postal services have delayed the delivery.

Please look into this matter at the earliest.
