Dear Sir,
I have been a regular tax payer and I filed my returns for the Assessment year 2008 - 09 on 9ti1 September wide receipt NO.0731025432. refund of RS.15130.00 was due to me and this is still pending.
For the Assessment year 10 I filed my returns on 3rd July 3009 wide receipt NO.0731005275 and a refund of RS.3610.00 was due to me and this has already been credited to my account on 6th November.
On repeated calls and visit to your office I have been given to know that my file has been processed on 27th July itself. Inspite of the fact that all details for both the returns filed by me are the same still I have not received the refund for assessment year 09 and for the year 2009 -10 I have already received it. I request you to kindly investigate the problem and resolve this at the earliest.
