Efund cheque not received

Hi,

i am Navdeep Verma from zirakpur Mohali and my pan card number is ADTPV0387R.my tax refund for the finacial yearl year 2010 is return due to adress change.i had given the applicationss to income tax office mohali for my refund but till date a have not recieved the refund cheque till today. i am very much confused what is happening.kindly confirm where is the cheque and what is the procedure to get the fresh cheque. kindly confirm as soon as possible.
