Income TAX department/ PAN Services
Wrong Name displayed in ITD Database for my PAN numbe

To ITD/PAN Services,

I was issued the following PAN card in 2004 "AFBPC9931J" bearing correct name and DOB details.

However on trying to open a Demat account I was notified by the bank that the Full name of PAN Holder is not matching my name.

Please suggest the process for getting the same rectified,
