NOT PAID REFUND AMOUNT from the last 3 years

Hi All,

I am Masthan Dudekula and my PAN# AMRPM4097N. For the assesment year I am supposed to receive amount Rs 24K as refund from the Income tax department. But till now they haven't paid. I wrote couple of letters to assesmment officer but no reply and I tried to catch him at his office number, but no one is picking the call.

Please take a look into this issue.
