PF settlement not done for 2 years PF No. MH/BAN/45665/29248

Dear Sir - I have resigned from my organisation on July 11. I have submitted the PF settlement forms on the Sep 22. I did received only the pension fund in my bank account and the PF amount has got bounced back to the SBI mumbai account. The same has been confirmed by the Pf authorities and the reissue form (form 13) was submitted on the June 03 through my previous organisation. It has been seven months now since i have submitted the PF reissue form but the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

It has been very disappointing to follow up with the government officials for receiving my hard earned own money.
