Refund Status of the last financial yea

Hi,

This is regarding my income tax refund for last year.

As I was switching between onsite and offshore, my company deducted an addtional 11, 000 rupees as my income tax. This was shown in my Form 16 and the same was filed online and received an acknowledgement from the IT department.

However, I have not heard back anything on the addtional amount deducted as income tax and on the refund of the same. Now, the new Form16 is already with me where an addtional of 7, 000 rupees have been deducted.

Can anyone help me how to get the refund or to check the status on the same?
