INCOME TAX REFUND
Non receipt of Income Tax refund

Dear Sir / Madam,

With due respect I would like to inform that I have filled my tax return for assessment year (10) and supposed to get refund of Rs. 6, 956/- but till date I have not received the same. I am furnishing all details :

PAN => AJZPD5504E

PREVIOUS YEAR=> 2009

ASSESSMENT YEAR => 2010

REFUND AMOUNT RS. 6, 956.00

Request kindly help me so that I can get the refund.
