Leak reported with smell in kitchen. No action inspite of 3 reminders spread over 7 days. When smell became very intense, reported matter afresh to Urvashi Agency on April 12. 2011. Over 3 hours later, there is no response.
Shameful service for a complaint with serious consequences.
