Dear Forum Members,
The rough handling of postal parcels resulting in damaged contents or pilferage of articles from the parcels by the employees of the Indian Postal Department is increasing day by day and the consumers of this service are a harassed lot. The lodging of complaints has a negative impact as the department personnel retaliate by further harassing the concerned consumer in obvious ways. Is there a way out of this frustrating situation?
