We are procuring LPG cylinder for household purpose from Indane gas dealer (KALPANA INDANE GAS AGENCY, D.no: 16/4/1433, 4 th lane, Harinadhapuram, Nellore - 524003)
Dealer is not issuing booking no for new refill cylinder till 20 days after issuing a refill cylinder. After getting the booking no he is taking another 20 days to issue the refill gas cylinder. This entire process is taking 40 to 45 days for issuing the refill cylinder.
We have never faced this problem even in cites. Kindly look into the issue and take necessary action.
