Passport not dispatched even after 4.5 months

I was still wating for the e mail reply regarding the delay in dispatch of my passport.

The passport dispatch status is still showing as 04-Dec want to understand why has it not been done with in the stipulated 90 days period, i had applied on 06- Aug. Technically it had to be dispatched by 06-Nov already delayed by 45 days as on 23-12

Please ensure accountibality and maintain time deadline.

Pl do let me know how many more days or months would it get delayed.
