I have booked a cylinder 10 days ago but after one week i came to know that the dealer stopped the business.he handed over the duties to another dealer but the other dealer is not responding .again he is assigning to a old employee of the old dealer .but the response is nill.if the new dealer cannot do the service, how can the iocl authorities leave the issue so irresponsibly.the dealer has nearly 5000 connections with him. why can't the iocl officers hide their inefficiency.the dealers are not giving the regional officers phone numbers . please let me know the concerned officers names and phone numbers.
