I have made a payment of Rs.261/- towards property tax for the half year 1/201-11 on 31.07.2010 vide ICICI net Banking/Debit card. While the transaction process was on there was interruption and the system was shutdown and I could not get the receipt. However, a sum of Rs.266.52 has been debited to my SB account. (Ref: Bil/000168164103/Indiaideas.com Ltd/COC_MIC1007471. But now I found that the amount has not been credited to Corporation of Chennai nor refunded back to me
