Non delivery of article after 7 days via speed post

Dear sir

i have booked two speed post thru no-spef929066643 and spef929066657 on 9th feb from barauni oil refinery to jahangirabad

there is no tracking status on internet and till now 15th feb my articles have not delivered

speed post make a claim of 3 day delivery all over india otherwise money back but after 7 days my article has not reached

either my article should reached at desired place otherwise give back my article without refunding the money but in future i will never use speed post for any delivery

i did not want moneyback please help me to send my article i will use courier for sending my article
