Non reciept of passport under tatkal even after 19 day from today

I, Rahul Dixit resident of E 31 Mahanagar Extn Lucknow, have submitted the required documents for new passport at Lucknow regional passport office for my 10 year old son named Govind Swaroop Dixit for" tatkal seva" on dated 27 January. Under File No LKOM00059410

I have not recieved my son's passport till date i.e 15 Feb. My son is suppose to visit bangkok and due to the delay is very upset and disappointed.

I am also surprized with the way of working, as most of the people got their passportwith in 10 days of submission of document in tatkal seva, and I am still waiting for the same and having no idea even after 19 days have passed.

I also send an SMS on 56666 but no reply came to me.

Pls take this matter very seriousely and confirm that the document shall reach to me address before the travel date, otherwise my son will be very disappointed due to the loss of travel chance because of delay caused by the passport department.
