Indian oil (L.P.G)
Leakage from new cylinde

I am a customer of L.P.G form more than 15 years.(customer no: 1940) asokan, ashoka bhavan, kattayikonam .po, thiruvananthapuram, pin:695584, kerala, india.

I received a filled cylinder from the (Guhan gas service. AP XIV? 699, BEHIND THONNAL DEVI TEMPLE PALLIPPURAM-695316) on 10/10 at 11:38.p.m .when I opened the cylinder on 28/11.I found that a large amount of gas leakage from the cylinder. I called the emergency cell number 9995929861.through our conversation I take the cylinder to above mentioned gas agency.they check the cylinder and found that there is no rubber washer is not fixed in the cylinder.god saved from a blast.thank god.

this is a serious failure from the side a indian oil (L.P.G) side.please ensure the safety of the customer. Due to this incident I loss my time, money and energy as well as.the way which Guhan gas agency people approach towards the customer is too bad..so take necessary action up on this issue.
