National Insurance Company
Rent is not paid unless bribe is given

The Senior Divisional Manager of National Insurance Company has refused to vacate the premises even after the agreement is lapsed. They are not paying the rent also. They are making false allegations in the court about the agreement. To mislead the court to impress the Court about date of agreement as current and recent, they have indicated the original agreement date as 7-4 instead of 7-4-1988. They have written in a reply to court that the plaintiffs promised to continue the defendant as a permanent tenant until they construct a new building. There is no such provision in the agreement. They are saying that they will go to appeal even upto Supreme Court so that the finalization of the case may take decades.

I wrote a letter to the Managing Director of National Insurance Company dt.10-1 warning them that I will report the matter to Central Vigilance Commission if they do not stop demanding bribes.

When we wrote to CVC about their harassment for bribes to pay our rent, they made a friendly advice to us that we may not be able to fight with such big people. They refused to investigate that matter (no use of CVC Manual). I do not know the status of my complaint with CVC.

In a reply to information under RTI act recently, they mentioned that they are having valid rental agreement and that they were paying rent regularly which is grossly wrong.

If so much of SUPPORT of the top management is co-operative to BRIBES AND CORRUPT OFFICIALS, people will not go to complain. This can happen only in INDIA.

This is the address of National Insurance Company. Beware of it.
