Police report Clear, Still no passport

Dear Sir,

I applied for my wife's passport on 11th May. He application number is DLH-Z094998. The current status online shows "Police report is clear. Application Under processing" and it's the same for over a month now. I have sent emails to PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PUBLIC GRIEVANCES) but haven;t recieved any response.

I request you to help me with expediting the process of getting my wife's passport so she can travel abroad with me. Looking forward to some positive response.
