Passport not issued

Dear Sir,

My passport got damaged and I reapplied for new passport. I was in US for three months in last 1 year and because of that the police inquiry is incomplete. The passport officials are not issuing the passport and moreover there call center numbers in hyderabad are not working.

Please look in to this.
