Passport not received nor the status is showing

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, I (MUKESH KUMAR

--DOB-- 02/10/1986) had applied for passport in Bhopal on 24/03.

All the formalities have been completed and after police verification

the status was that the passport will be delivered shortly.

After few days the status was to submit the

personal particular form (3 copies) with my home address (Ranchi) for

verification.

I submitted it in September but the status was same. As i inquired in

passport office after two months they said to submit the

personal particular form again again. In December i submitted

again and this time the verification was done at my hometown RANCHI.

And the status was that " WE REGRET THAT DUE TO SOME UNAVOIDABLE

CIRCUMSTANCES YOUR PASSPORT WAT DELAYED AND WILL BE DISPATCHED

SHORTLY. But till now the passport has not been dispatched and now the

present status is " File Reference Number (BPL-A007253-09) is either

wrong or Information NOT available".

Presently I am working in an organization and i have to give them xerox of the

passport. As i had not got my passport they told me to give the screen

shots of the present status. It's my earnest request to update the website

so that i can give them screen shots.
