Passport status not available

Dear Sir..

This is Mir Pasha from Chennai. I have applied passport in September and my police verification is completed. I was told to check the status online, But the online status is not available on entering my file number (MASW14014311). The message says "Incorrect File No. - Please try again"

I have been to passport office in Chennai on 1st December to know the passport status and given the letter about online problem, the person told me that i will be receiving it in 10 days and he refused to take my letter. I have been waiting from last 29 days and I have not received my passport yet, I called the call center number 91-44-28203591, 28203593, 28203594 but they are not picking up.

Can you please take my concern and do the needful.
