Dear Officer,

i have been showing "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time" message for the past few weeks.

This is my fiancees passport. She had an international travel planned for July. would it be possible expedite the dispatching of the passport.

Any help for your end will be greatly appreciated.
