Respected Sir / Ma'm

I Sidharth Nair with passport application number K002855 with birthdate 15-07-1979 have applied for my passport on the 24th of August. I had a damaged passport and hence appliesd for a new one. It has been over 3 months and I havent received it as yet while other people with numbers just after mine have received it. Why havent I received mine?
