Sub: Complaint against misbehave by postman (Seelampur post office) and non delivery of Letter on 8th Feb’12.
Dear Sir,
On 8th of Feb’12 at our home one postman came with one letter by name Mrs. Sumiti Taneja but it was not delivered by him. On request by neighbors he had not waited for two minuets so that in the mean time receiver can come from upstairs. Neighbour also requested to give details of letter and requested to come again but no response about this by postman.
When we came to know about this in details we thought about expected letter finally we came to know its PAN card.
Now we waited for postman next two days but no response. But on Saturday we (me and my daughter in law Mrs. Sumiti Taneja)) especially waited postman by sitting outside home on 11th Feb when he came we called him we requested to give PAN card. Instead of giving any reply he bluntly asked that it’s with post office go and collect. We inquired him why he had not delivered that day he replied that door was locked, though it was not locked in reality. On clarifying him instead of cooperating he misbehaved and told he does not know about this. We also requested to deliver next day because it’s not possible for female to go there (3 km).
He clearly refused to do this and also misbehaved and told what ever you can do, do that. My name is Pathak, if you will do complaint now onwards you will not get any letter.
I request you to please look after this and take necessary action in this regard and please send PAN card again.
