Care less handling of Registred Post (Degree cirtificate)

Sir,

I completed my MCA course under MG university.

After my completion I applied for my degree certificate and pay Rs.500/- for it.

After a period of one month I got this as registered post.

But it is folded vertically and horizontally.

As it is my degree certificate, I am very sad about this.

Because it is the result of my three years hard work.

Who is responsible for this?

I post this compliant for never repeat this thing again to anybody.
