I'm so aggravated by their horrible service. I was supposed to receive my shipment on 29/07, but didnt receive it yet. On top of that their customer service people are so much RUDE, literally shouting and arguing with me, that I have to ask for the supervisior and some "Mr. Loknath" attended the phone and told me that i'll get a call back. I waited for 3 hrs and when I called back, their lines were closed for the weekend.
They dont have any formal complaint service where we can send an email or something. They just dont know the meaning of customer service. This isnt the first time this is happening, its such a HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
