I had sent a parcel by registered letter on 1st Nov. it was to be reached in 10 days. its 16th nov today and the parecel has not yet reached the destination.
All the more the reciept given does not contain any number by which the post can be tracked.
There is only one number given " fgn-RL A 25 / 9 " and i dont know what this reference means.
i hope some action is taken on this mail.
