A registered A.D of L & T bonds was not delivered to us and instead was handed over to some body else and we have not received the parcel yet. The post office is at Paldi Ahmedabad. Hence some solid systems need to be developed and followed so that the Registered parcels reaches the receipients only. In our absence the post man should have left the instruction to collect the same from post office.
