Transfer of PPF a/c no.5675 from Navyug market ghaziabad to Connaught Place New delhi

Sir,

i have given a PPF a/c no.5675 for transfer from Navyug Market, Ghaziabad to Connaught Place, new delhi on 08/01 to Connaught Place post office alongwith Original Pass Book/request letter. But till date i have not received any intimation from any of the Post Office whether my PPF a/c transfer to Connaught Place Post office or not.
