Dear Sir,
I here by requesting you to take action against the employee who was incharge of enquiry department at Thalassery station, Kannur District, Kerala on 03.12.2009. I have tried to contact railway enquiry person over the number 131 but all time line was busy and out of order. I have personally gone to station to convince the issue that what happening there at enquiry department, i have found that receiver is taken away from phone and other times he is continuously talking in phone not to customer. This person is behaving to customers very rudely.
Kindly take appropriate action against the person to sustain the railway more effectively.
