Online application not able to submit

I am trying to submit the application online but after login when i click on the submit the application option it get logged off automatically. It say due to security reson you got logged off. it not allow me to submit it online. I tried it from 4 different places (office, Home and 2 different net cafes).

When I reached the passport office (PSK) on outer ring road.they say, no one can directaly come and fill the application on the couter i mean i have to take the appointment first and then only will go and submit the application.

but when i going to take the appointment the same problem will came and close my website..

i dont belive how this happen.

Please do the needful.
