Non delivery of item

This complaint is about india post.i am writing this from australia. On 16 appr 10, I posted a packet of a few important documents to be delivered in rajsthan.but till date has not been delivered. I booked it through express post, so that it can reach there early but even after 12 days i m still awaiting its delivery. i called australia post first, they said the packet has been delivered to india post in mumbai on 19 apr 10.and they dont know the current status. i again called india post in bombay and jaipur to track the packet but they have got know idea where exactly it is lying.the no. of the packet was LX527897320AU.i lodged an online complaint of this with india post but they didnt bother to reply even.
