Inordinate delay in delivery of Parcel

Dear Sir,

I am an Indian student pursuing B.S (Mech. Engg) in USA. I had booked some of international edition books over internet with book store in Delhi asked the to deliver the same in my parent's address (undernoted) so that I can study during my visit to Kolkata and bring them back to USA.

Kolkata-700104.Book store informed me that books have been sent to the stated address vide Registared Parcel (RPKTA 8604) on 26 November. I have enquired with Joka Post office, they have not yet recieved the parcel. As I will be going back to USA soon, I request some expeditious action by postal authorities
