USPS Parcel not reached to Mumbai

Hello,

I sent a USPS legal size envelope on February 25 for Mumbai by regular post (First Class) and it has not yet reached as on March 16. Since I sent it by regular post, I dont have a tracking number. Please suggest if there is a way to track it or contact someone.
