Things stolen from parcel, registered post

It is disappointing and miraculously surprising to understand that goods sent by registered post from the Gurgaon post office to Bangalore office dated - 11th May has things missing from it. Goods worth INR 20, 000 - INR 25, 000 are missing from the 2 parcels/in stitched gunny bags, not sealed.
