Irresponsible Counter Office

Respected Sir,

I work at CGO complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. I visited CGO Complex post office, as I had an urgent delivery to post. And I was waiting in the Q for more than half of an hour. When it was my turn, the person sitting in the counter, said "Its lunch time, and I wont work on your parcel". More people were standing behind me, who were also waiting for more than 30 minutes. And you may have no idea how many people he dealt with in this 30 mins, only 5. I don't have any idea, how can he take so much time to deal only 5 persons. And how come the department had hired him. And he also left his seat before the lunch time, and when asked he was shouting back at us and even said, "Complaint anywhere, I am going for my lunch, that is it". Is this the way to behave with customers.

I leave it to you, and I hope that you will take a necessary action against such an irresponsible behaviour, which caused lot of inconvenience to pity people like us.
