My posting material not delivered with in 7 days

Sir/ Madam,

i m abhishek soni (9755394077) from Gwalior.i did speed post from Gwalior main speed post center (Gwalior station) on 10 dec at 20:26 (receipt no. EI018680771IN). Till today (17th dec at 02:28) my my posting material, containing DD of worth 500/- rs (whose last date of reaching is 18 dec).today i met many officer Like Mr. K.K. Sharma (karya palan yantri station speed post center), their response is not satisfactory.

i need help from Consumer Form in this case, if my DD not delivered till tomorrow.
